Notes: You can use Sarin gas if you like, I just picked DormaGen in case I needed it for the University Guards. When it comes to getting past the gate and inside the compound, usually the foreman will run outside using the door on your left, in which case you should throw a gas grenade at the door right before he gets there. For some reason, though, he never came out on my run, I have never seen that happen before, so I was a bit puzzled. There are many different orders to do things, like planting the beacons or when to shoot the gate open, pick whatever works best for you. Also, when inside the compound, it's best to kill as many people as you can to make your escape easier.

@flamedham You have to beat the single player par times for the Carthage missions. Then press square when you're unarmed and behind someone.

@Jasonboy765 You get Team Efficiency for completing levels online. But the servers are shut down so you can't do them anymore.
