lol, why oh why are you ladies doing this? Are you really under the delusion that this 'burns' fat and 'tones' the stomach? Fat loss is a metabolic process which is determined by energy in VS. energy out--furthermore, you can't spot reduce any area. What makes you think that you can wrap up your stomach and burn fat?
