Haha Yeah, doing all 20 rounds on advenaced is brutal. I do 10 on advanced and ten on intermerdiate. lol Then i increase it to 11 advanced and 9 intermediate.

@TheNewBlackster Actually now iI reduced my workout time bercause of my studies. But I used to do tabatha protocol. 8 sets of 20secs with 10 secs rest in between. Its a hell f a workout! It combines strength, cardio and freedom of movement! Try Push planks, Front lunges, Tripod overhead extensions, Push ups, Spinal rocks etc. I ve also added some pistol squats for better leg training.

I do 10 sets of advance and 10 sets of intermediate.

@JeddJohnson you can see the video explaining them (its on youtube type tacfit commando the video is 8 min long, it contains important information on how people should do these exercises) this workout is crazy man! i do it daily and i feel doing something believe me but a little extra leg workout is needed...
