putting bucket seats in [without a rollcage even... pointless much? Yes] aint restoring a car. Resto means taking the car apart nut and bolt, every little bit, wiring loom, all the inside, all the outside, the engine, all the drive train, rebuilding the engine bit by bit, new sensors new loom everything, nut by nut. Welding the rot and painting - rebuilding a car completely from the ground up better than it came from ford... thats restoration, not bucket seats.
