Never add salt to the eggs before its cooked. It will begin breaking down the protein structure of the egg before.

It looks good for sure, but SO MUCH butter 0_o. + I wouldn't like to use your butter on my toast in the morning, you dip your spatula in the eggs then touch it again to the butter... Hum hum...

Strange technique, and so much fat! No need to flip, just fold. The center of an omelette should be soft , and if the egg is browned (unless it is a special request) it is OVERcooked. Ugh.
