G4 is trying to cut the style of Adult Swim, but with video game coverage - albeit a small amount - into their programming.

Wow, the mrms... I miss their stupid skits. Anyone remember Drunk Link and Ratty? "Suck it, bitches," ahhh my 11 year old self loved Ratty. Xplay is still a great show though, very in depth in the gaming industry and I really appreciate that. Still, wish they'd show reruns or something for all those who have stayed with G4, ya know, all 4 of us.

X-Play, Web Soup, Wacked out Videos, It's Effin Science, and parts of Attack of the Show are the only things I watch on G4. X-Play is my favorite, It's just as good as the TechTV days in my opinion. If Attack of the Show was a little more like The Screen Savers, maybe G4 would get more viewers. I miss Call for Help, it was awesome.

Damn... I've been watching X-Play since my middle school days (2001~03). This video had some great moments in it that I feel as though I grew up with. I wish there were a way to get classic X-Play and Extended Play videos on DVD or something. I would definitely buy them. I love this show and still keep up with it while I can. It inspired me to pursue a career in the Gaming/Media Industry.

Damn I used to love this show because it was so funny and different. Now its almost unwatchable... I even find ign review to be more entertaining then xplay reviews these days.

I hate what's become of X-Play. It still beats everything on G4, even though that's not really worth anything anymore (why the hell is cops on G4?) Adam and Morgan's reviews and perspectives on games and the gaming industry made X-play good, but the hilarious skits made it great. Why the hell did they get rid of all the intern skits? I used to enjoy reruns of x-play to watch non-review stuff they did just for entertainment, and now... wtf?

G4tv sucks now. It it wasn't for X-play, I wouldn't even watch it. G4 has become just another brainless variation of Spike TV aimed at dumb jocks.
