Nice work. Your circuit is almost identical to the same PWM I built this afternoo. This design work very well. The generated sawtooth is almost as good as that which comes off my function generator- very ingenious way of using a quad op-amp to make the oscillator, voltage reference and comparator all in one. This PWM controls the full range of duty cycle, from 0-100% in a linear fashion.
zero..Fascinating!! Keep us up to date with net mpg for the Honda. Is the high heat good or bad in the cell? Glad to see you start playing with the pulse wave.. hope to see efficiency go up. does your 316L do MUCH better than the 304... Thanks Poo
your junk pile seems to have some slicker toys in it than mine does ... I am not even going to ask where you scavenged them 10 turn pots ... they dont grow on trees ...

Have you got a complete diagram for your oscillator circuit?

That's right, up to about 140*F. Then water vapor loss becomes too rapid, or worse, it starts to boil.

As I understand it, the hotter the electrolyte/cell, the faster and more efficiently the water breaks down (up to a certain point I'm sure).

have you tried etching a board instead of wirewrapping? way better once you decide what you'll use in the scheme and verifiing it that it works.
