Been using the prospector model for almost a year now, I've been amazed how well it retains even the super fine flour gold. If your having issues with slow water flow I found that if you can get just enough water under the sluice to make the trap work, then all you have to do is throw your material on top and use a pan or bucket to wash it down. Simple Easy and still saves time from having to classify.

Than can I let it running for a while with out feeding or turn of the water source (in high banker mode and not loosing gold?) Just because the carpet sluices suffers loosing gold in this case.
I relly like the design.

What thick ABS plastic is it made from?
Is any way to add a nugget trap?
What are their advantages over the miner moss/carpetted drop riffle sluices? Ok, built in screen and lightweight. Is any other?
I read somewhere hydrauilic riffles are good for black sand reach areas? Is it true for the bazooka sluices too?
Is any experiment on their effectiveness?
Which may I to buy if I want go alone but for some money. The prospector or the miner?
How much shovel per minute can they handle?

i just got the super mini. the first clean-up had more color than any riffle sluice ive used. despite the negative comments, Todd will send you a gold catching box!

@desertdreg theres a guy on here his video is "looking for gold- Episode 6- Bazooka gold trap. I think he runs a real fair test to show how this works. But i agree thats a hot claim or ya sprikle sprinkle
-
i seriously doubt he found that much gold in a single bucket. or even 5 or ten buckets. salting?????

sometimes when i cough really hard i see stars. is this normal?
i only had a problem looking at this video in that he really went over those grizly bars rather quickly not looking for any big nuggets that may have popped up on there, but i guess thats why a person classify s their material first?

You are correct, the only size nuggets that will enter the trap are limited by the spacing of the stainless grizzly wires. I heard a rumor that a Bazooka Nugget Trap is in the works for an attachment onto the Bazooka Gold Traps.

thats cool can we hook it up to a dredge

You can use the prospector or miner model on a dredge. You need 2 sources of water. One to feed the scoop, so the internal jets can create eddy currents. Then the top water source is where your material will work it's way down the box and gold will enter the trap. Just use the Bazooka Gold Trap the same way the it sets up into the creek in this video.
