it def changed my life too lol, even after all these years, after all this new technology, just everything bout this game still amazes me: the music, the singleplayer, the multiplayer, the weapons, the levels and - this is where many games fail so hard now - the replayability.
When I'm 60 I'll prob still be laughing at hardsim 1 getting shot by me (oops) cause he's walking in front of my gun - teammate bots ARE idiots -

@ninnypiggy Dude, your story is almost exactly the same as mine :D I was so hyped for it when it came out, typically I wasn't one of the first to get it and had to wait months until a friend could lend me his copy and another friend to lend me an expansion pak. Some might say it's sad-but this game changed my life from that point on (Impressionable 10 year old I may have been) Nonetheless, I still play this game to this very day...and I'm almost 22! ;)

It's 2000. I'm only 10 years old but I fall in love with this game immediately. My brother awakes me in the middle of the night to play the multiplayer mode for hours. (My parents are pissed).
It's 2002. We're still playing this game everyday, every evening. The multiplayer is so fantastic. The best FPS ever since Goldeneye.
2011. I'm almost 21 years old. I rediscovered Perfect Dark. For the first time I play the single player mode alone. I think I'll never stop playing again.
