  • Hi Mark. Have you considered doing something like smolov jr. (maybe with half the volume) for pushpresses? With that or some other periodization training, I believe you would blast those PRs in the near future. Well done and good effort at usual. Also have you considered hip belt squats to increase leg strength? I know your back is bad, but hip belt squats can build up quad strength without putting strain on the lower back! :) Good weight btw! :D All the best!
