I have too and it was from my chieldhood now i m 40 year old and have the experiance that to fight against this disease is only the exercise of your body. as much the patiant will do the exercise, is directly proportional to becom normal. this is my massage to all those patiant to must do exercise daily its difficult in start but very easy later an you will enjoy the life normally.
