@iShinryu (forgive me if explained already) He has 65,500 HP. HOWEVER, he has 5 'lives' so to speak, and every time he loses a 'life' he'll use Barrier Change and restore himself to full HP. He can also use Barrier Change after a certain amount of time and restore his HP to full as well, but I don't know if that uses up a 'life' or not. (some sources say no though so that adds a little more pressure) Omega Weapon is similar in that he has 3 lives.

hey guys i got some interesting info from teh caves of narshe website its how to actually fight tiamat in this game and here is how...
step 1. beat atleast half the dragons in the game.
step 2. go to south figaro and find sir richard. he tells you boring things about dragons and blah blah
step 3. then kill all the other dragons except the ones in the final dungeon
step 4. go back to richard he will say to bring only 3 party members.
step 5. then he takes you someplace and BAM!!!

I say neo shinryu. They both got some cheap moves, but ff6 has reraise. That's our cheap move.
