I really wasn't sure what to expect firing this Biggest Friggin' Revolver for the first time. The 30-30 Winchester rounds were 170 grain with a muzzle velocity over 1900 fps.

  • BFR stands for Biggest Finest Revolver. The 30-30 Win is almost the smallest caliber that Magnum Research offers. I selected this specific model so the ammo matches my 30-30 WIn rifle. The caliber goes all the way up to 50 AE. It is pretty comical getting kicked off the pistol range for shooting a hand gun that takes rifle rounds.

  • @frisbier2000 Is the "biggest Finest Revolver" part to be funny? Because I'm sure its actually "Big Frame Revolver"

  • @SierraTangoGuns You got me. I just checked their website, and it is the Big Frame Revolver. However, they do use the Biggest Finest Revolver in their literature:

"The BFR from Magnum Research, the Biggest Finest Revolver, offers big-bore power in a wide range of calibers to suit any hunting need, from squirrel to ...."

  • The BFR is 100% American made from Magnum Research. It stands for Biggest Finest Revolver.

  • WHOAAHHGHA

  • @frisbier2000 Lol, guess it works as a publicity thing too.

  • @frisbier2000 well i think it really stands for Buggest F***king Revolver lol

  • @frisbier2000 they offer this revolver up to the 500 s&w and the 45-70 caliber.

  • That is a Beautiful Fuckin Revolver.

  • BFR = Big Frame Revolver

  • I'll take my tc encore with a 15 inch bull barrel over that thing. Of course if you want a real man's hand cannon, I can screw on my 416 rigby barrel and let 500 grains at 2500 fps fly.
