Yea thats why a world class wrestler like chael sonnen has been submitted from the bottom 8 times in his career 3 of them by armbar and 4 by triangle....the only style that is best is MMA because if a wrestler learns submission defense he is no longer a wrestler anymore he becomes a submission grappler
