It does not matter if we believe him or not because if he had indeed visited the future, then it's proven that he lives to be at least 70. That means he should be able to do anything he wants and not die. Later on, he will see his younger self crawl out of thin air to chill with him. Time is a loop. There comes a time, when the future is consumed by the past, and a new past is generaed. This man is not a time traveller to the future, he is a time traveller to his own past. he is actually a 70 year old version of himself, travelling into this time, frame, his past. This is simply another lopop in the time cycle, he will never reach the place where he saw himself, for that is the past which does noty change. he will be 70 again.
