@Littleee why u need video?its easy to read original book and learn from that.only thing that book dosent describe fully correctly is second exercise.in second exercise right after whirling if y lie down you must put your hands little not wholly under the buttock. that makes body unmoving and lets your legs rise quickly up and down without body shaking.all else is there.so far i havent find here even close to original single video.those teachers are not even beginners:).

@Littleee no need to describe more because this is so full of mistakes that i have no space to write all of them in one short comment:)this is fitness so take it as it is, no harm doing it like fitness but as doing in that a way they dont give even that what they can give.but if y are waiting turning back age using 84 breathing this is called joke:)they dont turn back nothing too easy.this is nice morning exercises and if taken as such good:)

@Littleee okei if you want some points of u.whirling-dont let your head be unmoving and dont do that hand joke in the end of it.2-put your hands half behind your buttock to make body unmoving.rise your head and legs not separately and if you put them down do it as quickly not in slow motion as here as you seen here.second exercise is done in slow motion and hands are not under buttock.it must be done quickly and bending is also very quick.also turn your toes up not as u see here......

this is just another joke.y created your own fitness that are note even close to original exercises.but anyway all the hype about turni8ng back age is at least to they fun not real.they dont turn back nothing.u remain were u are.but at least learn them do correctly or at least dont teach before y cant do them.

The breathing for the exercises is important an I admit that it isn't covered in this short video. I highly recommend getting the book that I make note of in this video for a more thorough instruction of the technique. My point in making this very short video is that I have been doing these for 10 years, they really make me feel great. I share my demonstration as a personal testimonial. If you have a better version supralee, then please do share!
