Mirage cant even win against F-16 now how can you say that it would win against F-15 which is more effective than F-16. F-15 has 4 users USA, S KOREA, JAPAN and ISRAEL, i dont know about the mirage and i dont think that mirage will surpass the performance of neither F-15 or F-16. what i can suggest for both of you guys is to make a research first before posting comments it is really evident that you are lack of knowledge when it comes to Fighter Plane.

Mirage or f16? Mirage 2000 the best of the two,ask greek pilots who have both.the only confirmed kill of f16 by mirage was by greek mirage(no 220) against turkish f16 .Greeks lock and shootdown (virtually) turkish f16s every single day.

to compare mirage with f15 well the outcome depends on so many other things than the planes abilities but for sure the mirage can win too.the ones who know have deep respect (and fear) for the Mirage 2000.

Usaf pilots against Iraqi pilots flying Mig 21 Mig 23 and F1 Mirages and Israeli pilots against Syrian pilots flying Mig 23 and Mig 21.... Well i think the battle was lost before it began!!!

Greece in 2009 (long after you posted your retard comment) with F16C from 343 sqauadron with a kill ratio of 18:3 against the Usaf. Turkish airforce participated in 2007. For those making the argument that Mirage 2000's or F1's could beat F-16's because the Greeks fought the Turks and won:

It really boils down to the air force flying them.

I can almost guarantee you, no pilot flying a 2000 against an American F-15 or even F-16 pilot will touch the ground with his wheels, it will be his feet underneath a parachute. Air superiority is their business and they're not in the business to lose.

@mark6020cc you are quite mistaken, in close air combat, (not long range misile), yhe f-15 is less maneuverable than mirage and f-16, air superiority fighter not imply the f15 win, if the pilot try to maneuver in horizontal vs mirage probably f-15 never win, but in vertical Ithink the result will be quite diferent, becouse the superior power of the f-15, so the key is in the pilot and how much he know hes plane and the enemy fighter.

a Saudi pilot in 1991 with F-15 managed to shot down two mirage in less than one minute, showing an amazing skill and courage, thats shows that mirage can't compete with F-15.
