"So Damn Much Money"-The Triumph Of Lobbying And The Corrosion Of American Government, by Robert G. Kaiser
Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005
Most Democrats in office were paid to pass this bill to force us into poverty.
But the big businesses get away with it.
(-forcing middle-class and poor into involuntary servitude)
Republicans have long planned to build a 'triad', containing the White House, K Street, and business.
Earmarks are the Republican's biggest sins. This is also why they own the Lobbyists as they work for places like Universities that pay them to talk Senators into inserting earmarks into Bills to get LOTS of money! And still they keep raising their prices for students!
They passed the law paying for drugs and rejected the law making it possible to buy cheaper drugs from Canada.
The Fed should be required to open its deliberations to public view and its finances to regular public audit.
Moreover, the regional Federal Reserve Bank presidents who sit on the monetary-policy-making Federal Reserve Open Market Committee should be appointed y the White House and confirmed by Congress. The should not be picked as they are now by local bankers and businessmen. Shaping this
country's monetary policy must become a public responsibility and cease to be a private opportunity. Reform is in order in each instance.
@katybrewer1966 For sure corruption is eating our country for lunch. Too many snakes have slithered in. Reading all these books have shown me what's going on but the crooks in this city don't like me telling people what's going on. I doubt I'll read much more. If reading books was a book in itself, I'm near the final chapter. lol. Have a great weekend.

you read a lot of help books. I used to read thrillers and romances, but my eyes got bad and it makes my head hurt, so i dont read anymore. And the ones you read was always hard for me to keep up with. My mind wouldnt wrap around them. hearing you read the parts helps me to get it. I am where i dont trust the government because they are for the big companies, not the little, poor people. I want the president who doesnt help the rich or middle class but tries to help the poor.
