These lyrics touch my heart, and are so meaningful to me, even though i'm a guy, i feel and understand everyword she says, because I've been through the same, I get fucking hurt, and wish i'd never have fallen in love with her in the first place, it truly was a long way down.. but then I have to live with the loneliness.. moral of the story: Love IS a killer, both the presence and the absence of love can hurt our feelings and damage us in ways I can't even explain..

as much as i love vixen, dokken had a beast of a guitar player, george lynch, that created riffs that are not from this world.

What I don't understand is that the record company execs dissed Vixen because they sang about relationships. Hello, did they ever hear any songs from Dokken? they sang about love gone bad. The only difference is gender. The Vixen ladies rocked just as hard as the guys, if not harder to prove themselves. We definitely needed & still need more female rock bands with talent of this calibre.
