Its really Good to see you talking about this in more depth. I was 133kg last October2010, now 1st September2011 I'm 103kg having done very little exercise to lose fat. So what did I do? I started making green juices(veggi juice) and went on a raw food diet RAWR! I eat 80-90% raw foods these days and now feel as if my body is out of Babylon. Babylonians comment on my healthy look a lot these days :) So happy the set apart spirit lead me to clean food and YHWH' path to health.
