Gossip Girl: Blair Waldorf - Courage

Blair Warldorf is trying to hide a terrible secret that haunts her everyday. Blair believs her eating disorder is a secret safe within herself. But Serena knows better.

This video 'Courage' tells the story of Blairs fight, along with Serenas suspicions.
When Serena confronts Blair, she deines everything and insists she is ok. However soon after it all gets too much for Blair and she finally turns to Serena to help her through this.

I really like this video. It addresses the issue of EDs, just as the show also does. I also think it shows an amazing friendship bond between S & B.

I love the two sides of blair we always see. the one who's really insecure and the one who is really confident and bitchy. I think this video definitely depicts her insecurity of her body among other things. Although not everyone is as rich as upper east siders, we can relate to these characters a lot.

yeah i think alot of girls feel a connection with Blair because of her eating disorder.

The show seems to protray that shes recovering, which im sure gives many girls hope that they can recover too.

wow this was absolutely amazing!

blair is my favorite character. but they haven't been doing her eating disorder as much in the show, they've only did it with her and serena in the thanksgiving episode and her mother said she heard her doing it a few episodes later. but in the book she was really bad. do you know if they're going to bring it up in the show? cause that's a big part of blair and i would hate for them to ignore it.

in almost every episode there is a reference to her bulimia. When Serena and Dan get back together for the 3rd time she says something like OK well, Im going to vomit now, and at Barts funeral she says to Chuck that she will put her fingers down his through... hold hair back and something else, I think it's good how it's subtlety slip it in rather than making a huge deal about it all the time it makes it more realistic.
