  • @borjaknight Nope you can rest on day 7. You are not doing massive muscle building here so your body does not need that much time to recover and you do have one day rest between weight training workouts anyway.

  • Can I still do cardio even though it's rest day. Like running,biking? Not the cardio workout u posted

  • @brozac1011 Sure. I normally go and do something fun and active on my day off like mountain biking.

  • @MultiLunik dude hit it hard! nows the time to start working out its prepubescent exercise thats not good and yea do cardio for ur abs to show more and thats a good sign that means ur halfway there now just do some lower abs

  • @entertainment033 do reverse crunches they're very similar basically just do the same thing but without the ball

    so i gotta do

    Day 1: Slow jog [ for 5 min] + Weight training

    Day 2 : Slow jog [5min] + HIIT/Tabata Cardio + Abs

  • ok so i just want to ask something so i follow the week structure and its 1 day cardio and abs 1 day weight and so and so.That means on my cardio day i do all the exercises i see on the video and on weight day i do all the combos on the weight video and on day 7 i rest and my week workout is over ?? :))

  • @tweety123476 you can do an easier way push up, you support on your knees instead of your feet, make sure you back remains straight just like a normal push up, this way you should be able to push up :) good luck
