  • sorry, just got it :-)

  • early in the vid, why would white have to give up the Q?

  • You naughty rook ;)

  • be4 is more natural because it pins the e7 knight because if it moves than u have bxc6, and the c6 knight has much less play. f4 weakens the black position and bishop d7 allows a natural development with rook d1. so be4 leaves more room for black to play weaker moves. Qe4 lessens the harmony of white's pieces...

  • It must feel great to see that monsterknight finding an outpost in the middle of the board, and even more hopelessly weak to see that it makes no difference. Well played by Short.

  • 56. Rb6, is that worthy of an exclamation mark?

  • Did Adams miss the pin: Qd3 at 55?

  • So Michael Adams "trashed" the Tarrasch, lol.

  • hmm at 24:00 what about, instead of the exchange sac, just Bxg4? i think that just wins a pawn, oh nevermind, i just realized that that runs into Qf5+ with horrible consequences.

  • Oh boy! My Favorite French Defence :D
