Applied Aquaponics partnered with Red Wagon ministries of Calvary Chapel of Costa Mesa to bring some healthy butterhead lettuce and delicious swiss chard to the table for the afternoon lunch for the homeless.
Red Wagon supplies hot lunches and dinners twice a week for the homeless in the surrounding community of Santa Ana, CA.
(My apologies for the shaky hand-cam footage - I didn't realize I stomp so hard when I walk!!)
Jacob, this is great! So good to see the fruit of your labors being put to such a good use and seeing and hearing Ray & Sue and the Saints who do the work of preparing the food for the Red Wagon homeless ministries. God bless Pina and truly what joy to hear her praise the goodness of the produce she gets to put into the salad. How great to bring food, life and love to those so much in need. God bless all!
