...and that's reason number five hundred thirty-nine why I don't like taildraggers.
-
@Darthbelal Oh ok :) thx for the info
-
@MegaNerdyDude the prop wash provides enough wind to allow for elevator manipulation. That back end don't weigh much and the wheels act as a fulcrum, unfortunately so in this case.
-
@Darthbelal Yes i know... but don't they need some more speed and lift under the elevators??
-
@MegaNerdyDude yes, it's called the elevators...........
-
With the last one, you can see the line judges cringing when he hit the tarmac.

Wow, that cub "Got Rocks" has a shorter roll than my smallest rc planes!
-
I feel sorry for the last guy. That can not be a good feeling knowing you just destroyed the blades.
-
People on the sides during takeoffs are just asking for it, in my opinion.
-
Got Rocks didn't roll...she jumped!
Anyone else hear the "God dammit" at 1:53?

Oh, that's substantial damage. 8-15K teardown and inspection/overhaul. New prop. No doubt he filed a claim for it. Jerks like this is why I pay almost 900 bucks a year for my J-3 insurance. Thanks, buddy!
