※Concept
-The biggest problem in EPS recycling is the logistics cost. The low weight to volume ratio makes EPS
very costly to transport long distances.
-By installing the EPS recycling machine on the truck, container or barge(ship), you can save the logistics cost.

※Application
-Waste Fishery Buoy ( net float )
-Normal EPS products ( Fish box, Fruit box, Sand witch panel, coffee cup, MacDonald burger case, helmet,
School food tray etc. )

※Benefits
-Make the recycling business more lucrative by reducing the transportation cost.
-By cleaning up the seashore, you can get the government subsidy for this effort. Your government will be
happy for the environmentally cleaning up and increasing tourist.
-By using this specific vehicle, you can make economic scale in recycling. Especially wide spread area
like Australia, Russia, New Zealand and USA, this facility might be fantastic solution.
-Instead of landfill or incineration, we can recycle these products and save the Earth.
-For the export market, we can install the machinery in 20' or 40' container. You can save the vehicle investment cost by using truck head when you have to move to other area.
-The chemical cost will be steadily increased in future for its limited resources. In this regards, the hiking up
the recycling ratio will be much lucrative business.
