Fresno police on Thursday announced the arrest of 19-year-old Joseph Allen Archa in the killing of Destinee Ortiz. Archa is being held in the Fresno County jail, charged with murder. Police say the killing was gang related.

The family of 15 year old Destinee Ortiz gather to honor her memory after she was shot and killed at a party in Fresno early Sunday morning. Police say that another 17 year old victim was shot in the face but was rushed to the hospital where he was stabilized. Sean Thomas reports.
