Hello Gina. I bookmarked this video about a year ago and and I watch it everytime I relax my hair. I live in Barcelona and let me tell you I am yet to meet a good stylist, so I self relax. So this is what I have learnt from you - 1. Base, base and base scalp 2.Use a protein spray before and after (I did tons of research and settled for Joico HKP) 3.Stretchhhhh...I did a 6 month stretch till December 31. My hair is stronger and thicker. I wanted to say a big thank you for sharing. God Bless
