Those are not push ups and you know it. Change the title. It's misleading. For a second there I thought I was actually going to see someone do 81 push ups in 60 seconds. I'm not trying to be an asshole here, I'm serious, you gotta change the title, it's false advertising.

thanks for the reply. I'll work on that. The bouncing was intentional. I wanted to be fast and elastic since I was performing max reps for time. Slow & controlled would have defeated the purpose.

Multi-Joint, compound movements. High intensity (load), low reps, long rest periods, 45 min max, 3-4x/wk, eat starchy carbs at every meal.
