What kind of piano is this? It has a nice softness to the high notes.

This is a beautiful and romantic and classical masterpiece by Claude Debussy. It is full of harmony and love. I wish you a nice weekend harmonious. Gabriele!

This piece of music conjures up in my mind the images of another Claude, those of the painter Claude Lorrain...

1:11 - My favourite bit and also the octave lower a few seconds later.. I wish he had based a song around that beautiful melody! In love <3

@cuddledorky there are recordings - there's one of him doing claire de lune. But he rushes it imho, maybe to get the whole thing on the cylinder

man only if there were originals by him recorded .... then id be 110% wowed :D ...man his music is too beautiful i could only imagine him playing it ..how flawless it must have sounded since it was his music... oh man only if i lived in those times id love it :)

I think also good to learn the timing. I can't figure out what people do with measure six. It seems they are arpeggio(ing), but it looks like you are suppose to hit all the notes at once, and my fingers make it hard stretch.

I have to say that I love this piece. It has to be my favourite of Debussy's. I've searched, but I can't find anything quite like it.
