The very fact that you were even able to make direct contact with the President of Viddler says something. See if you can interview the president of YT!
There needs to be more than a move away from YT, but also it's gargantuan parent, Google. Maybe it's time to give other search engines (remember what they are?) a chance.
But, it starts with things like your video, INFORMING people about places like Viddler (which I had never heard of, and will check out after this comment).

Yeah, if youtube was paying him he would be listed on the "non removable" "featured" section where Shane Dawson blew his way into and on the other side will be RayWilliamJohnson and his commentary videos that contain "un-owned" video footage that for some reason not only gets "allowed" to show, but he makes money from violating partnership rules completely..
See is not about the law.... its about how much money they make youtube/google.

1 question. Viddler looks great and maby i can get my friends to atleast back up my videos there, but is the grass REALLY greener on the other side? I mean, its a great site but are we sure it is atleast less evil?

I just interviewed the President of Viddler and yes they are far less evil! They are also young. BUT they are where free thinkers need to b. you can also DL videos if the person allows it. Its just better try it.

i am with you on that boycotting youtube isnt going to help its just going to get more people to get on the next day and so forth.
if you want to complain about youtube you can make your own forum and make all the videos and comments that you want so we dont have to read or listen to you complain about it.
so go ahead and leave youtube ill stay.
