It looks more like a simple partial (focal motor) seizure because she was still talking during it. And I have to say she's so cute:-)

she's so beautiful! & the fluttering almost looks like eye rolling.. but 4 year old rolls her eyes, but I think that's more of giving me attitude.. lol she's at risk of developing any type of seizure, but luckily hasn't yet.. I do keep a close eye on her & will be looking for this now as well. thanks so much! :)

OMG I cannot believe what I am watching. My son was diagnosed with Benign Tonic Upgaze and 18mths old but hasn't had an episode for about 4 years now (now 6). This week he has started blinking his eyes and rolling them and I have now been informed that he is having absent episodes in class......

Hi, thanks for the comments. This is definitely seizure activity picked up and confirmed during an EEG. These eyeflutters are considered atypical absence seizure activity.
