  • My dad quit by just chewing regular gum. Took him awhile of doing it, though. I know they have nicotine gum, but it would seem that all you're doing is prolonging the addiction.

    Yeah I agree. We don't smoke for the taste of it (well atleast I don't anyway).

    At the momment i'm craving real bad and the gum trick does not work for me unfortunately.

  • I chew nicotine gum and that helps alot, gum with no nicotine I doubt that will work, we dont smoke cigaretts for the taste

  • @joeyyowee yeah if ou put it inbetween your cheek and gums like chew but other than that you should be fine.

  • Big Red has sugar in it and I'm not sure that's the best choice of gum. I have gotten sores in my mouth from chewing that and I heard of other people getting sores from it as well.
