I have always said a prisoner is still a human being. We all make mistakes. Some of the offenders come from terrible homes. USA stop arresting people for drugs and prostitution. These are victimless crimes. Take people off horrible death row. Too many blacks in jail. Send them to Africa, we will gladly take back our brothers and treat them kindly, not treat them like shackled animals. Too many hispanics in jail too. Too many repeat offenders. We need serious reform. Spend more on education.
