You're the one promoting a pro-rape agenda. Remember, rape is obtaining sexual favors from someone without his/her consent. One cannot consent to a sexual act if his/her decision is based on fraudulent information concerning the sexual act defined in the law, which means you can't lie about gender, std status, or age. This is why the law says that person is the rapist. You're ignoring this important fact.

Let's see evidence that the 23 year old had a reasonable belief that she was 15.  If the 15 year old girl misrepresented herself as an girl over 18 with fake IDs and so forth, the "strict liability" law is in conflict with the rape law because technically she was raping the 23 year old man by claiming she was 18. It's a real law. It's called rape by fraud. The man consented to sex with an 18+ girl; he didn't consent to sex with an underage girl.
