I think I know why the quality of your video changed :o

Maybe you recorded it with a small quality size? There's usually a prompt that pops up the first time you try to record a video, something that says "If your game performance is slow try recording with a smaller file size..." etc., something like that. I got that yesterday while I was trying to record, so I think it's the same case as yours. :o

Btw, I'm Filipina too. :D

Have their relationship points up - or at least have a heart - put them in a bed, hot tub, or anywhere you can "woohoo", click on the person you want to 'woohoo' then click "woohoo" .... =P Hope that helped!
