If it were not for my union(UA LOCAL 787) paying for the lawyers looking after my case in Ontario, we would have had to declare bankruptcy several years ago. I haven't been able to work since 2008 and my poor wife works 3 jobs, 6 days a week and we still can't make it.
Our friends, family and church have been keeping a roof over our heads, I just qualified for CPP Disability, but WSIB are still playing games.
I am sure that they delay things to make sure you don't survive to beat them.

Yep, exactly identical situation here in Hellberta. Their Adviser told me when I phoned them 2 Christmas' ago (after I gave them my Claim#), yah well you are probably under investigation for fraud. I was flabbergasted. Complete WCB sham operation. They hit me with the F/U hammer. The WCB's entire flim/flam premise lacks any and kind of true legitimacy. Canadian Children see government / WCB actions and are learning to step HARD on their fellow man. Good Video, all true.

It also happens with a workers company Unions..I was told today that I should just drop my fight with WSIB , since the evidence I have is too weak to bother summiting for a tribunal?
Why don't we all get together and start a class action lawsuit against WSIB, WCB and whoever else, for frauding the serious injured worker?..maybe then people will take notice..especially when the media catches wind of it?
Everyone remebers when customers took on Bell Canada in a class action lawsuit !

And THEN they send out those feedback questionaires and show the half dozen positive responses. I guess nobody there has ever questioned why the majority of those forms are never returned. The last one I recieved went straight into the recycling bin.
