Enjoy this 3 minute workout that combines 3 powerful love handle shredding exercises into a fat burning, body sculpting experience! Do each one for 30 seconds and then repeat the sequence. As you get stronger you can just keep repeating. Always use proper form and modify when needed.

*Eat a clean, balanced diet with lots of fruits, veggies and lean meats (eggs too) to really dissolve those love handles. Cut out sugar, refined carbs, Doritos, processed foods, Lucky Charms and alcohol*
