Abuse of children is not limited to the RCC, which compared to the numbers of children it deals with daily world wide, has a modest problem. That is not suggest the suffering for the limited number of genuine victims is not painful and very real and the Church will continue to work through these issues with these genuine victims. As for suing the Church, actions have been launched and courts will make judgements, however, it should noted it simply means less schools, aged care, hospitals...
