Mystermind - Against The Gales

Mystermind is the figment of a long reflection and a musical vision from the guitarist Rick Hunter. The latter's proposed to amalgamate styles (rock, hard rock, power metal, progressive and orchestral), and therefore different emotions within a metal unive ...rse. When he had finished the work of conceptualization and composition, he had to recruit members able to achieve this musical vision and make thrill the emotions that accompany it. The drummer Nikko Cyr was the first companion in arms to be rejoin Rick in his quest. A quest that, for emphasize it, has had its share of disappointments. Participating in various projects, Rick made the acquaintance of the keyboardist Frank Lagrange and also of the bassist Ben Caplette, who join the project Mystermind to bring their touch, their spirit. Peru will finally provide the missing piece of a person, the singer Lucho Jibaja. Therefore, everything was in place to proceed with recording the first EP of the band « Against the Gales ».
