Emily Good was arrested on May 12 for taping a traffic stop in front of her 19th Ward home.

MORE CORRUPTION WITH THE ROCHESTER POLICE DEPARTMENT! WHEN AN OWNER OF TWO PUG DOGS LEARNED THAT ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICERS HAD PICKED UP HER DOGS, SHE WENT TO THE POUND TO GET THEM, THERE SHE LEARNED HER PETS ARRIVED AT THE POUND DEAD. CHIEF SHEPPARD SAYS THAT OFFICERS LEFT DOGS IN TRUCK, KNOWING THAT THE AIR CONDITIONING WAS NOT WORKING ON A 94 DEGREE DAY! DOGS WERE LEFT IN THE TRUCK WITH NO A/C FOR 70 MINUTES!

@ohannahdad LOL quit trying to stick it to "the man". No taxpayer money was wasted here, they were merely enforcing traffic laws, and by doing so they are generating revenue for the taxpayers. "sue first, and then let it go guys!!"....yes, this is the quickest way to waste taxpayer money, break the system with lawsuits. In the end the taxpayer loses.

@damiion666 Ahh yes!! Rochester N.Y. I remember it well! I spent a week there...one day. Seeing taxpayers money being wasted away at the hands of cops playing "pay back" like grade school kids has to be a proud moment for Rochester. If there was a way to give Rochester an enema, they should stick the nozzle in City Hall or The Court House or wherever the police dep't would feel it. So much for these jerks enforcing traffic laws in a cordial manner.Sue first, and then let it go guys!!
