Yeah, I know, sometimes it's a bit weird, but he doesn't mess up that often..!! And it's normal to mess up every once and while..
And in my opinion, he was crying on Iris because it's a very emotional song, it's no big deal..
I don't think that there's anything wrong with him..

I don't know why but by watching these videos i think that something is wrong with John i mean he was crying on Iris and messing up on a lot of the other songs maybe he was drunk or having some personal problems i know it's none of my business at all but i worry about him i just want him to be happy and cheerful and on this he didn't seem that way uuhh i hope i'm wrong
