Double Wing Eyeliner

This tutorial will show you how to take your simple eyeliner, and add that extra kick to it. It's super easy!

i found that if you have the naked palette from sephora, and do a double winged liner, that putting the color virgin (a matte highlight color) in between the lines, it makes your whole eye look way brighter than before.
