@bassmickeyd as it appears on milkowski´s biography, it was kenny burrell´s son playing bass on those stolen tapes. jaco doing this is...........miles beyond beautiful ;-)

This version features Jaco on bass. The version that was released on the Japanese Holiday for Pans-bootleg on the other hand, featured a different bassist. You can find that version here on youtube, and if you compare it to this version( with Jaco on bass) you'll notice a big difference.

If this is part of Holiday in Pans recording, I'm pretty sure that's not Jaco on Bass. .... He only plays bass pans on Holiday. The story is described in the book Jaco....... Great tune though.
