@1080pAnime If you're interested, the whisper and majority of the soundtrack can be found on the song "I Am The Poison" by Nurse With Wound off the album "Funeral Music for Perez Prado". The song actually came before this film, so it's hard to say what he meant by the few words in the song. But either way, the connection you made there is still pretty awesome.

Does anyone else hear the whisper in the background near 1:45 ...?

(I downloaded this, ran it through my audio editor and slowed it down some... It definitely sounds like "plastic no matter what i say... And I also looked up one of the definitions of it. When used as an adjective, it can mean "having the power to form or influence".. So, it seems most likely that that's what it's saying)
