@idan124 Unfortunately it depends on the card. I do not have your exact card, so I couldn't tell you. It depends on the IC/VRM's your card uses.

Can u undo this , or this is permanent mode? I got an 5870 ref design and want to go over 1.35v to around 1.6v how can i do this accurately?

@2007vitaly It is not a permanent mod, pencil mods can simply be erased.
Pencil mods are not accurate whatsoever. You would need to do a permanent solder on mod to be accurate. 1.6V is too much for 5870's to handle
