Czech Republic #7 of 11 - The city of Cesky Krumlov is built on a meantering bend in the Vltava River. The center piece of the city is the Castle and its 16th century tower. Below the castle lies the old town with its winding alleys, Gothic and Renaissance houses, galleries, shops and inns. The choral music featured on other clips in this series was recorded live at the St. Vitus Church in Cesky Krumlov. The music on this clip is from Dvorak's Symphony #7.

I love the view of the homes on the canal, so peaceful. I didn't expect the bear! "Lucidcafe" has good technique. Check out the other videos!

Cesky Krumlov je fakt jeden z nejhescich ceskych mest! Byl jsem tam jednou. Libi se mi! A ta hudba so hodi k tomu. Hezke video!!!!!

omg ja se chci z krumlova prestehovat :/ naprosto sileny misto, jako bydlet v disneylandu ... sami pensiony, zlatnictvi a vietnamci, poradny obchody ne, autobusy si jezdi jak chcou a za hrozne dlouhou dobu, nadrazi vypada jak z černobylu a neni tu zadna moznost zabavy ... za prujezd centrem se musi platit, za parkovani se musi brutalne platit, 1l coca-coly vas vyjde na 50-100 korun a jidlo, to by jste musely bejt multimilionari, a nakupovat jezdite stejne do budejc, skoly a prace tu nejsou :(:(

@lucidcafe Is there enough to see in Cesky Krumlov to make it worth staying 2 or 3 days or do you think that would be too long? Just wondering, I would like to take a trip to Prague and I would like to see this town as well.

@meldrew78 I'd say 2 days should do it. We were there for one day and my tour of the town was a bit rushed. It is a beautiful place with lots of history. Also some great local artists and craftsmen. A 3rd day might be nice if you wanted to go back to some favorite spots for another look or to do some shopping. I'm sure you will enjoy it.

It did kind of remind me of Disneyland, but still a beautiful place to visit, if not to live there.
