How To Make a Real Psi/Chi Ball

I made this vid for the people out there who want to learn how to make a real psi ball but couldn't find anything usefull.

For me the psi ball is just a very basic exersise to feel Chi and learn how to controll it.

The reason I uploaded this vid again is because in the previous vid I often confused the word energy with the dutch word ''energie'' so hope all you flamers who contacted me are happy now.

You can't see the psi ball until you practice enough. I've made psi balls dozens of times and I can only get a faint color :\
