Hey all,

Just wanted to help Tamas of Bagaboo out by doing a short video show and tell of his awesome product so that maybe some of the folks will consider some outsourcing...haha

For more info and pictures of the bag, go to this page:

http://watsonb2.wordpress.com/

To place an order, or for more information, go here:

bagaboo.hu

Very helpful is the fact that he built in a link to a currency converter so you don't have to do anything else to find out exactly how much it costs....

  • Hey good review. Do you know much about the laptop sleeve? Worth the price?

  • @cloosh10

I don't know anything about it as I chose not to get one. However, I tried not to carry my laptop in this bag very much simply because the bag forming to your back puts a bit of strain on the case of the computer. If you have to carry it, perhaps try an Incase sleeve, which has a ton of padding.

  • i dont know when he started but every option and customization is extra now.

the description of the actual bag on the site includes all the "extra" options, but in the end you have to pay for them to be added, so the stock bag does not have most of what the description says....

  • @The4thbassguy

Sorry if it wasn't clear, but I had to pay for the extra options (padded back, compression straps, blue velcro). As far as I know, they were never included in the "stock" price.

For the color scheme, I just specified it in an email to him with a picture; there wasn't an actual option to do so when I ordered.

  • thanks man lol. sorry =p

No problem, I know it's not the best pic, but it should give a general idea.

  • As a former messenger for 11 years I can say stick with handmade bags, no matter what they cost, and avoid the slave made Chinese Timbuk/sheep Chrome bags. Trust me, what's $50 more? That's a couple of cases of beer, no that much in the long run.

  • I really like these bags. I've checked out all the good companies and Bagaboo offer alot of features for less. Kinda like a cheaper version of a Pac. I have heard some complaints from genuine messengers regarding durability but messengers are absolute hell on bags. For a quality bag at a reasonable price with custom colours you cannot beat Bagaboo. Heard good things about the Seagull Black Bag and as common as Chrome is they are a good bag for the buck. I chose a Pac...pricey.

  • Haha, Bagaboo. Nice bag. The guy does some nice work for the money.

  • @ChapStyck

Uhhhh, I don't have a Seagull bag? I mentioned them in the review as another possible option that I chose not to go with. If you want a new bag, I'd recommend going with Tamas and Bagaboo as he makes them cheaper and with more custom options to choose from...

You may to contact Seagull directly, I did so before ordering my Bagaboo to ask them a question and they responded the next day with several pictures that answered my question!
