Betty la fea en Colombia fue un gran suceso, y la verdad me gustaría encontrar videos de los promeros capítulos de todas las versiones, incluyendo Lotte y Sara... Puedes ayudarme para encontrar el primer capítulo de Lotte, pues aunque Nyncke Beekhuyzen es amiga mía a través de Facebook, no he tenido posibilidad de pedirle los videos o en su defecto los links! have you seen betty la fea from colombia? because if you did, i can tell you that this scene is based on the time when daniel found out that betty was the director from terramoda and how she found a way out. in colombia's version, armando, his parents, marcela and daniel were present. so daniel didn't find out yet that ecomoda was bankraupt, just before the modeshow and before betty presented the real balance. i hope to have helped this way.

En toch kan ik me niet de indruk ontdoen, dat toen Rogiers gevraagd werd Alexander te spelen, hij inspiratie voor het personage is gaan halen uit stokoude Dracula films met Bela Lugosi en Chris Lee. ;)
Het is zijn meest opmerkelijke rol die hij ooit gespeeld heeft en het zal allicht ook altijd zijn meest opmerkelijke rol blijven.
Een heel mooie vertolking van een door en door slechte zakenman, die uiteindelijk ook zelf het slachtoffer van het leven blijkt te zijn. ^^
